On Sunday mornings, our Preschoolers experience First Look.

First Look uses several key strategies:
- Teach less for more - Repeats one key truth (Bottom Line) all month long.
- Engage the five senses - Helps master the concept through creative activities.
- Teach with the end in mind - Helps a child by age five, to believe:

1. God Made Me
2. God Loves Me
3. Jesus Wants to be My Friend Forever

- Experience worship - Encourages children to talk to God any time, any place.

Think about the fact that "God is with you wherever you go," (Joshua 1:9, NLT). Isn't that AWESOME! Wherever we go, whether to the pool or to Grandma's house or to church or to school, God is with us. He's always, always, always with us. Always. For preschoolers, we teach this literally. When they stand by the door, God is with them. When they go under the table, God is with them. Wherever they go, God is with them.

This month, preschoolers will learn about the life of Moses. What better way to show how God is with us than to share the story of a man in whose life God showed up big and strong wherever he went. When Moses was a baby, God was there and protected him in his basket. As a young man, God talked to Moses as a burning bush and challenged him to save His people. God continued to be with Moses through the plagues and then sent clouds of dust and fire to lead His people across the desert. God was with Moses ALWAYS!
